One address, a real person, and a straight answer.

Email [email protected]
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. There is no ticket portal, no phone tree, and no chatbot standing between you and an answer.

What to include

You do not have to write a formal report, but these four lines get you a fix much faster:

Please do not send patient information, and please do not paste passwords or license keys into an email. We never need either one to help you.

Before you write, two things fix most issues

Where your work lives

Longleaf tools keep your work in your own browser or on your own computer, not on our servers. That is good for privacy and it has one consequence worth knowing: clearing your browser data deletes your work, and we cannot restore it. Use each tool's export function to keep a copy of anything you would hate to lose.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security or privacy problem in one of our products, write to [email protected] with "Security" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within two business days and keep you posted until it is resolved. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We do not pursue researchers who report in good faith.

Feature requests

Send them. Our products are small on purpose, so we say no to a lot, but the requests that come from people actually doing the work are how the useful features get found.

Business and licensing

Licensing, multiple locations, invoicing, and anything contractual: same address, [email protected]. See also the Software License Agreement and the Refund Policy.
